JURY AWARDS COMPARATIVE FAULT IN PRODUCTS LIABILITY SUIT
The firm recently completed a one-week jury trial in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.  The case involved product liability allegations, and claims of a traumatic brain injury leading to permanent impairment.  After only 2 hours of deliberation, the jury returned a verdict of less than 10% of the damages sought by plaintiff, and assessed significant comparative fault to the plaintiff.
