The Craney Law Group is pleased to announce the addition of Heather Koerkenmeier who will join the firm as an office administrator. Heather comes to the firm with well-rounded experiences and extensive knowledge of the local legal system. She previously worked as a medical malpractice paralegal at a busy firm in downtown St. Louis and most recently was the Deputy Clerk and Bookkeeper for the Clinton County Circuit Clerk’s Office in Carlyle, Illinois. As the Deputy Clerk she managed both the felony and miscellaneous remedies dockets for the court and, as the Bookkeeper, she was responsible for the finances of the Clerk’s office. Having served in these roles, she maintains the expertise and professional experiences needed in the day-to-day management to the practice of law that make her a dynamic addition to the firm. Heather obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from and a minor in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE) in 2009. Heather is a native of Clinton County, Illinois and currently resides in Breese, Illinois.
